We're here to help you and your family.

What happens after I call?

Whether it’s you or your family who calls us, we want to hear your story, your situation, and what you need to have in your new home.

We'll meet with you in your home and help you identify how we best can help you.

Once we’ve gotten to know you a little better, we’ll ask you some questions, and start pulling together the details that tell us what placement would be the best. We’ll ask about finance, preferred location, level of care, add-on care, medical assessments, and insurance.

​If you need to see a doctor or have additional medical tests, we will help you get that arranged.

What happens then?

While we are helping you get the above done, we are also checking local facilities that have availability and meet your requirements.


Once we have identified the best choices that have availability and meet your requirements, we will make an appointment for a tour. We can go with you on the tour if you and your family would like some additional help, but you are not obligated to bring me or any of my team along.

Follow up

We will follow up with you after the tour, and also once you have selected a facility. We are always available for you.
